5 /5 Destiny: John at this location was so helpful. We visited NOLA on a trip, and reached back out several months later about a ring that we saw while we were there. He was super helpful in helping with pricing and getting it ordered to be on time for Christmas. We had a great experience with Jack Sutton.

1 /5 Karen Weber: I bought earrings at a cost of $5000. They are very poor quality with bad workmanship and poor design. They have broken twice now. The first time they broke they did send me a ship tag and told me they would take care of it. Before they shipped them back they wanted $125 for shipping and repair. Really!!! Once I got them back I wore them one time, stored them on an earring tree, put them on, then put on a necklace. My hand brushed the bottom of the earring as I was pulling my hair out from the necklace and the earring broke again. You can see how small the connecting loop is for the size of the earring. I have called the store and informed them that they have broken again. And nothing, add horrible customer service now

5 /5 Ana Perez: This store is absolutely wonderful, I walked in with a budget of about $500 and they treated me like a top client. The staff was professional and very knowledgeable and created a fun, stress free experience for me. They had the most beautiful pieces Ive seen in the city and its definitely a plus to shop family owned. I will DEFINITELY be returning when its time for me and my boyfriend to pick an engagement ring. Thanks Jack Sutton!

5 /5 Matt Domanick: Any poor reviews here I assure you they are not true. My fiancé and I arrived after we went to Tiffany’s and felt relieved within minutes. They gave us more factual information and didn’t just say it they proved it. Then minutes later an All Pro from the Saints was there to shop. We were referred to Jack from our friends and they said exactly what was told to us. That place and the owner are first class and gave us an amazing deal. The ring, the insurance policy, the experience it’s first class all the way. We couldn’t be happier! Go. To. Jack.

5 /5 Tom Ward: I love this place. Very classy and helpful people. I purchased my wifes engagement ring here and the sales woman Shannon was awesome. I spent a lot of time looking and trying to decide which was one was best. Shannon was patient and offered many suggestions. My wife and I went back together to pick out our wedding bands. This time we got to meet Jack. He was a really cool guy. Gave us a great discount. We will defiantly be going back in the future.
