5 /5 Jakob Cohen: This place is fantastic! Its a mom & pop shop and exactly who I wanted to trust to fix my nicest watch. They shined my watch returning it to new and fixed a wire that had broken. The only odd element to this place is they are closed on Wednesdays so be sure to pick another day to drop by.

1 /5 Sansone Marie “Tookey”: I know Hyme Tyme will remember and know who’s writing this review. They’ll probably say I’m a disgruntle costumer but I have every reason to be. I brought them my keepsake 6 stone sapphire cocktail ring where one stone was missing. I asked for same color size. Around a week later they offered an option Marquise which i said no and insisted real saphire. HT quoted $560 to replace the stone and tighten prongs. I chose the $560 price because I wanted precious stone and not synthetic. They notified me 2 weeks later and said ring was ready. When I got there I immediately noticed the stone was significantly smaller low profile sunken into setting and 2 shades lighter. I requested more info on this stone which was explained there are A. AA. AAA. B’s. However my stone was neither. The whole point of getting stone and prongs tighten to prevent the stone falling out again. I should have known when my Debit card didn’t approve so I used my Master Card completed. I look at the ring closer once in my truck to only see the new stone move when poked with a pen point. I go back in HT and explain … why is this process so complicated. I hear one employee say we can return you your money. After careful reconsideration so I said yes return my $614.50 and they removed the flawless semi flat low profile too small blue stone. I’ll never refer Hyme Tyme Jewelry and will go anywhere else.

5 /5 Pole Perfect Fitness & Pilates: This place is awesome. I have been doing business with this Hyme for years. They are fast, kind, knowledgeable, and can fix my jewelry correctly every time. They have beautiful pieces for sale. I cannot ever recommend them enough if there were a 10 star that’s what they should have.
