1 /5 Rock The Bells: I wish i had read the reviews before i wasted my time. Horrible customer service. Horrible attitude. During my first visit, I felt like something was off with the owner of this establishment. I left this place feeling like he may not like "other" cultures of people. Just awful. He could care less. With me, his disposition was, "what in the heck do you want!!" With his regular he was the kindest. Like a Dr. Jekyll and Mr. Hyde. However, I was a new face and i said to myself, "everyone has a off day, right?" He gave me a good price on the monogram.
Welp, my inclinations were correct. I returned to put my order in for the monogram, and he doubled the price(s) by 200.00. Told me, the price of gold went up, and that gold always goes up and down. I was shocked! I asked, " that much??" He said, "yeah." "Cant be more than a 10 dollar difference anyway." Well, it was. His quote was 200 dollars more, and yes, i have a picture of it.
I couldve argued the point and showed him what he quoted to me, but in the long run, I would never want to do business with a soul like his. Highway robbery. Awful human. I felt like dun the first time, and today, I felt like dun again. I was trying to give a local, small business, some business, but instead, I had to go to a big business and give them the money. That was on him. His lost.
