3 /5 Stephanie Gentry: JCPenney has a decent selection, but a lot of the clothing feels geared toward an older crowd. When I went to the jewelry section, no one was around to help, which was frustrating. Overall, the store is hit or miss depending on what you’re looking for.

5 /5 Dr. Kimberly McCauley: Ran in for a quick shop to get a summer dress and a precious worker helped me (she works in the beauty dept.) In and out in under 20 min.! She even assisted me in checking me out quickly!

2 /5 Janelle Labouve: I came in the store to exchange a skirt for a smaller size I went to the first checkout place . The lady was so nice the checked out my orders and said I needed to go to return to exchange my skirt then she said wait let me ask the store manager he said I needed to go to exchange he could not do it. I went to exchange and the lady there said I need a store manager I told her what happened up front and she said she was there for years and store manager came make that exchange at any register. He just did not want to do it because he was going on break fine then say the truth to customer.

3 /5 Cruella Cinderella: Not the best selection. Over priced. Long lines. Sales representative try to push sales and credit cards. Not the experience it was 20 yrs ago.

5 /5 Lindsie Rose: I ordered off their website, which was nice and easy. I got a Nanshing bedspread set, complete with matching curtains and our bedroom looks great! I absolutely love everything! It came with 2 decorative pillows, several pillow cases and shams, and a fitted and top sheet. Everything looks so nice. It arrived promptly too!
