Chelsea Quinlan I was super impressed with this location. Lorin greeted us upon entry and was warm and welcoming. She was fair with pricing for us on some items we ended up purchasing due to her high quality customer service. She went above and beyond. The building is clean and organized which helps tremendously. We weren’t treated like potential criminals which is how the place next door made us feel. Keep up the great work Lorin, you’re an absolute gem!

Big Butt Johnson I love this little tucked away place. He has beautiful jewelry, artwork and clocks etc....He also repairs jewelry and I find his rates extremely reasonable. You dont walk out feeling "taken". He also has very nice costume jewelry. I wanted one of everything I saw in there. I will definitely be going back.

His customer service is amazing, always looking for ways to help out his customers! I purchased an engagement ring and two wedding bands from him, and I’ll definitely be going back to him for any more jewelry in the future! He hand engraved the wedding bands to have a matching pattern, and they came out beautifully! And the fact that my fiancée refuses to take off her engagement ring should say enough! I had all the beads in a box for years until a friend told me about the Bead Shop. Sarah was so helpful! She took the time to consult with me to rebuild the necklace (with missing beads) AND gave me the confidence to restring it myself. It was truly a spiritual experience and meant the world to see it back together. Thanks to everyone at the bead shop! I hope this place stays around for a very long time!! Such a gem!!
