2 /5 Michele Helton: It took over a week to have a new clasp put on my necklace, even though the sign says one hour jewelry repair. I live several miles from the store but on the occasions I was able to ride over there the store was closed. I called numerous times and the phone went to fax. I got a call (a week later) to come before noon the next day and they were closed. When I finally got my necklace it looked fine but I had to leave to get cash because the woman chose then to tell me they are a cash only business, and to bring exact change as she had none. Which struck me as odd in a cash-only business.
My new clasp is holding, which is why I gave 2 stars.
I dont recommend this place to anyone and I dont know how it had a 5 star rating.
