I’ve met varying individual Ive that years and each of them have been easy to work with in that they listen to your wants & needs in order to be most effective in assisting with purchase. If they don’t have it… they can and will custom make a design of your choice, your vision come to life. I’m not there yet for getting this service but happy to know it’s an option. I’m their layaway and fix/repair existing jewelry customer, lol. They do an excellent job with both of those services!!

Ashleigh Caples I lost the diamond out of my wedding ring at the Monroe airport a couple weeks ago. I knew that the prongs were damaged because of the age of the ring, but I wasnt ready to change the style yet. I checked with a couple of jewelers, but I felt like they just didnt hear what I was trying to say. Trinity made it so easy and restored my ring to look the same as it did the day that my husband proposed to me. No pressure to get a new ring, no pressure to change the style, just excellent service from start to finish! Highly recommend for anyone who needs new jewelry or work on an older piece.

Amberly From Took my ring with 2 small gems on the inside of the band in to get a resize and Desi was super honest that he may not be able to save the gems (they weren’t set properly), I told him to just do what he can and I would be okay if the gems couldn’t be saved. He ended up resizing AND saving the gems! Can’t even tell it was resized and he cleaned and polished it beautifully. Price was great, done in an hour and I appreciated the transparency and the customer service from him and his son Brandon was amazing. 10/10 would recommend!

Brandon Elsensohn Fantastic and very talented jeweler! He has a real eye for beauty, and he adds a unique and creative flair to whatever he works on! His customer service is amazing, always looking for ways to help out his customers! I purchased an engagement ring and two wedding bands from him, and I’ll definitely be going back to him for any more jewelry in the future! He hand engraved the wedding bands to have a matching pattern, and they came out beautifully! And the fact that my fiancée refuses to take off her engagement ring should say enough!
