Blake Dean Outstanding customer service and care. I went to 2 different watch repair buisness’s for a very simple service, the hand of my watch fell off the watch because I dropped it. I have a vintage omega that runs beautifully and I simply wanted the hand put back on, the prior shops said I need to replace part xyz and wouldn’t put on the hand(very simple) unless I fully restored it and pay an unholy amount of $. Keep in mind the watch ran great before the drop and still does. I came to Micheal’s and explained the situation, they took my watch to the back and in quite literally less than 5 minutes put on the hand free of charge because the job was simple & the other shops tried screwing me over. It was an incredible gesture and I will now give my business to Micheal’s, I’m not promoting that their services are free but I’m simply stating the customer service and care is excellent. I did not anticipate a free service and In fact I tried paying the shop but they refused. I will be purchasing jewelry exclusively from here now because Micheal’s care about serving there customers. I have had custom items made, to getting items in the store, and I have had nothing but a fantastic experience every single time ( which is ALOT) She truly cares for her customers and it shows. Her prices are the best and she will beat any prices around. Trust worthy, honest, and always on point.

Michael Barreiro I went on the search to find a jeweler I could call family and be written as part of my story for my engagement ring. Anne and Mike are very personable and I know they care about every person walking into their wonderful store. Mike and I have spent hours talking and he took the time to reaaallly get to know me and what ring I wanted for my future wife. I will never go anywhere else for my jewelry needs. Anne & Mike, I am sure have the best jewelry around & I am thankful our paths have met. When I gave the ring to my now Fiancé, she was absolutely blown away at the quality. I couldnt have been happier with ever aspect of the experience.
