1 /5 Abigail Bourgoyne: I got an engagement ring appraised through Salassi, from the very start I was not impressed. When I initially called to ask about information on the appraisal process I was later informed (after dropping off the ring for appraisal) I was given incorrect information regarding price and the amount of time it would take for the appraisal to be completed. Since then, I recently tried to sell the engagement ring I got appraised by them and was informed by a different jeweler my ring had undergone treatment at some point that is required to be disclosed. Salassi never informed me that they saw signs of treatment at any point during the appraisal process or on any of the paperwork provided. I called them to let them know and throughout our conversation I was also informed that during the appraisal process they simply ran the ring through a machine and it does not seem that an actual individual inspected the jewelry itself (the jeweler who informed me of the treatment only looked at the ring using a microscope for less than 5 minutes and the appraisal took roughly two weeks). I am very disappointed as I have now spent money on an inaccurate service. I do not usually leave reviews but I felt as though this was important information to share with others.

I have had custom items made, to getting items in the store, and I have had nothing but a fantastic experience every single time ( which is ALOT) She truly cares for her customers and it shows. Her prices are the best and she will beat any prices around. Trust worthy, honest, and always on point.

5 /5 Nathan Shelton: I will willingly admit that I am skewing this review positive, but dont let that disuade you. This shop is great. My wife and I got our rings resized there, and it was fairly priced. They are doing a lot of custom work for my mother-in-law, and they have been very amenable. I also got a very nice pair of vintage jade cuff links there on clearance for all of $25. The fact that these were on clearance blows my mind.

1 /5 Peggy Sedlock: If I could give zero stars I would. The owners wife is extremely rude and I was told to get out of the store because I asked her to slow down while she was attempting to explain something. This isn’t the first time she’s been rude either.

2 /5 Kayla Trevino: Walked in and I had to scan the room to find the the woman “greeting” me from the back cabinet asking if I needed help. If I wanted to speak to her I either had to yell across the store or walk to her which I did. I even announced “let me walk over to you so we dont have to yell” she then proceeded to be dismissive. I was so excited to stop in a local jewelry store and was very disappointed. It was an uncomfortable experience.
