5 /5 Mary Venable: I had a huge ring that was for my ex husband, he didnt want it and I didnt have a need for it. Plus it was a bone of contention for me since I paid over $3,000 to have it custom made and he never wore it. Anyways, brought it in just to sale it and get rid of it. Was quite shocked at the amount the fellow gave me for it! He didnt low ball it, he took his time to weigh it, check the diamonds in it, etc. In addition he was extremely knowledgeable about the other items in the store. Also gave me a little education on custom made jewelry, what to expect when dealing with a jeweler, etc. He was very kind and seemed to enjoy discussing the different items for sale in the store. It is a well displayed store, neat and has a vast array of items to look at/purchase. Very impressed. Will definitely be back just to browse and perhaps get a little more education on some of the items in the store.
