Grace and the Elgin team allowed me to customize and create my fiancés dream ring with no hesitation and were not trying to sway me one direction or another. Mr Fad went through all my stuff and explained what it was what it was valued at and why it was valued that way . Ms Juliet at the front desk was very nice and helped make me and my wives experience even that much better. I shopped around and visited 2 other stores like this in the Baton Rouge area this same day and the offer/bid prices offered here were the best. 10/10 would recommend !!!
