Karly Lotz I can’t express enough how amazing Jason and his staff were! I went to Edberg Jewelry to design a ring for my now fiancé. I had ideas on what my fiancé wanted but had no idea how to execute the ring. Jason took several sessions with me and explained the entire process as well as explaining each jewel. I will buy any future jewelry from Edberg and cannot recommend them enough! He was easy to get in contact with and his secretary was a smiling face every time I walked in! He was super helpful in helping with pricing and getting it ordered to be on time for Christmas. We had a great experience with Jack Sutton.

Blake Dean Outstanding customer service and care. I went to 2 different watch repair buisness’s for a very simple service, the hand of my watch fell off the watch because I dropped it. I have a vintage omega that runs beautifully and I simply wanted the hand put back on, the prior shops said I need to replace part xyz and wouldn’t put on the hand(very simple) unless I fully restored it and pay an unholy amount of $. Keep in mind the watch ran great before the drop and still does. I came to Micheal’s and explained the situation, they took my watch to the back and in quite literally less than 5 minutes put on the hand free of charge because the job was simple & the other shops tried screwing me over. It was an incredible gesture and I will now give my business to Micheal’s, I’m not promoting that their services are free but I’m simply stating the customer service and care is excellent. I did not anticipate a free service and In fact I tried paying the shop but they refused. I will be purchasing jewelry exclusively from here now because Micheal’s care about serving there customers. Kassidy Piche Ashley Blue designed my engagement ring. I brought in pictures of the ring I wanted and requested a different metal color and colored stones. The ring turned out beautifully. It matches the pictures to a t. The designers chose beautiful stones and executed the design flawlessly. I couldnt ask for a more beautiful ring. The process was easy and quick too. Belinda was helpful and truly kind and made me feel secure in my purchase. They made the ring quickly and had it done within a month in time for my wedding! The pricing was very competitive. I would recommend Ashley Blue Jewelers to everyone looking for a meaningful piece of jewelry.
