1 /5 Deanna Broussard: I recently bought a Citizens Watch for my Grandson at the Acadiana Mall location and needed to have links removed in the watch but the tool needed they didnt have and it had to be ordered I have called twice to see if the tool was in so I could go in and have the watch sized to remove the links. So I asked if they could possibly give me the number to another Kay Jewelers in Lafayette and the associate told me she didnt have the number to call them. I looked up the number my self and called the other location and was told they do remove the links but there would be a charge if $25 because it wasnt bought at that location. Poor customer service so I definitely will not be going back and will not recommend them to anyone.
