They let us take our time and we never felt pressured not 1 time! The service was excellent! If I could rate this 10 stars I would. I would highly recommend this business to anyone wanting to upgrade or buy new jewelry. Absolutely love my new rings!!! TOP NOTCH!!

1 /5 Kasey Hamm: I wouldn’t trust them with sentimental jewelry. They ruined my ring, added “prongs” to help hold diamond in place that looked like terrible and not symmetrical. Didn’t ask if we were okay with it before hand. When asked if it could be removed they took it back but got it back completely scratched.

The sweet lady that I dealt with was the owner of the company star Jewelers she was absolutely precious amazing friendly helpful and just a doll. I will continue to take my business to them as long as they are open. Absolutely love star Jewelers and I didnt get her name but the little lady that owns it she was one of a kind and it was amazing dealing with her and I will be back and I recommend highly for all your jewelry needs and repairs. I hope they stay open and prosper.
