What a great local small business this is! I wish there was more good customer service and reasonable pricing like this out in the rest of the world--wed all be so much better off.

Melissa Wilkerson I’ve been to all of the Chads in Lake Charles and Sulphur as well as almost every other pawn shop there is here in LC, NOT EVEN ONE of them compare to Chads on Broad st. And that’s bc of Arthur! He is very knowledgeable about the stuff in his store. He always goes out of his way for his customers. That’s why Chads on Broad is the only pawn shop me or anyone else in my family will go to and it’s been like that for years! The owner of Chads won the lotto when he employed Arthur to manage one of his stores.
