5 /5 Amberly From: Took my ring with 2 small gems on the inside of the band in to get a resize and Desi was super honest that he may not be able to save the gems (they weren’t set properly), I told him to just do what he can and I would be okay if the gems couldn’t be saved. He ended up resizing AND saving the gems! Can’t even tell it was resized and he cleaned and polished it beautifully. Price was great, done in an hour and I appreciated the transparency and the customer service from him and his son Brandon was amazing. 10/10 would recommend!

1 /5 Yuliia Stepchenko: I took my ring in for repair because the bird charm had started to rotate. The staff was friendly and gave me a $30 discount, originally quoting $70 to fix a $20 ring. However, when I got the ring back, I noticed the repair wasn’t done properly—they only fixed one side, while the other side remained broken. Moreover, they told me the ring would be ready on a specific day, but when I arrived, they asked me to come back another day. That was already an inconvenience. When I finally got the ring and realized the issue, I returned the next day and asked them to fix it correctly. The guy quickly took it and “fixed” it in about 30 seconds, which felt more like a quick check rather than a proper repair. Now, after just a week of occasional wear, the ring has completely broken—the bird has fallen off entirely. This was just a waste of money and gas. Definitely not worth it.

Brandon’s service was impeccable, it took less than an hour to weld a piece of the metal on my chain that was loose and cleaned it. He was even able to see the damaged area on a large screen where I was also able see what he saw. The service was affordable and the results were beyond impressive! I highly recommend this company to anyone looking for a reliable jewelry repair service!!!
