1 /5 Yuliia Stepchenko: I took my ring in for repair because the bird charm had started to rotate. The staff was friendly and gave me a $30 discount, originally quoting $70 to fix a $20 ring. However, when I got the ring back, I noticed the repair wasn’t done properly—they only fixed one side, while the other side remained broken.
Moreover, they told me the ring would be ready on a specific day, but when I arrived, they asked me to come back another day. That was already an inconvenience.
When I finally got the ring and realized the issue, I returned the next day and asked them to fix it correctly. The guy quickly took it and “fixed” it in about 30 seconds, which felt more like a quick check rather than a proper repair.
Now, after just a week of occasional wear, the ring has completely broken—the bird has fallen off entirely.
This was just a waste of money and gas. Definitely not worth it.
