5 /5 Melissa Thomson: Zales in Tanger Outlet is by far the best. I live in Baton Rouge and travel to Tanger (about 20-30 mins) to get my rings cleaned and my warranty paperwork updated. Everytime I go, I am immediately greeted and tended to or told "Welcome to Zales, I will be right with you." Every sales person that has ever been in this store when Ive gone in has been pleasant, helpful and kind. My husband got my engagement ring, wedding ring and my push present (3rd band) from this location. It was only natural to go back there to find our 4 year old little girl, some gold earrings! The gentleman that were in the store on my last visit and were INCREDIBLY helpful and friendly were Deryl, Ryan, Melvin and Justin. I went in on a Saturday after school shopping for hours with the kids and everyone was worn out, I ran into Zales to get my ring cleaned and Mr. Ryan showed me the kids earrings and was honest for what I wanted and was looking for. Due to the family being exhausted, I left with nothing, but Ryan gave me his card and wrote all the information down on the pairs I was interested in. He said hed be out Sunday, but that any of his colleagues would be able to assist me. When I returned on Sunday, I was greeted per usual, and was even recognized from the day prior. Mr. Deryl assisted me with my final decision and sale. While he and I were getting everything in order, I was spoken to by the other sales associates in the store and we all had great conversation about jewelry they carried, the price of gold now and they answered some of my questions about welding my rings together and sizing for my husbands wedding band. Again, you cant go wrong with anyone at this location. They are friendly, patient, knowledgeable and super kind and helpful. I 1000% recommend these gentleman and their store to anyone looking for something sparkly and top quality!
