5 /5 Kira Goldner: I ordered a pair of earrings online that I had wanted forever, and there was a very slight issue. I was so concerned that I was either going to have to live with it or return them, and deal with all of the headache of shipping too. I emailed Anna and mentioned my concern, and she immediately mailed me a second perfect pair and a return label for the first pair, making this the simplest fix for me. These days, it feels like every online purchase/exchange/return winds up being a massive headache and fighting with someone, and Im so completely touched at how easy Anna made this, especially with an item that I have an emotional connection to. Very happy now to be wearing my earrings around and enjoying them, and cant wait to visit the store in person some time to lighten my pockets. :) Thank you for your help!!!
