Golden Quality jewelry - Kenner
Crystal Chachere I had some rings that needed to be repaired. I had one that I had a broken prong, and 2 that needed to be sized up. They were really nice, does quality work and the prices were really decent. The lady I spoke to mostly speaks Spanish and I speak English. That said, the translate app made it very easy to communicate! I have a few more pieces of jewelry to have repaired and I’m bringing it straight to them! These are the 2 rings that needed to be sized up and you can’t tell! The last picture is the prong that was replaced and you can’t tell that was repaired either! All of my rings were cleaned and polished when I got them back!

She was fair with pricing for us on some items we ended up purchasing due to her high quality customer service. She went above and beyond. The building is clean and organized which helps tremendously. We weren’t treated like potential criminals which is how the place next door made us feel. The store remains fully staffed and stocked with the latest trends for the youth and the young at heart. The various materials used for crafting jewelery create options at all price points, and some of the "one of a kind" jewelery is more special than anything you could get at a commercial jeweler. This wont be my last purchase. Shipping and order placement were simple.
