Keith Anderson I will never go to another jeweler for as long as I live in the Acadiana area! I recently moved to Opelousas, got married and needed my engagement ring and wedding band saudered (sp?) together, a stone replaced on the end of the wedding band and resized. I also needed my original wedding band to have 2 stones replaced and cleaned, a CZ band replaced with 8 stones, and another Moissanite ring prong fixed and a diamond replaced. All of this cost me less than $300! They are fast, yet efficient, very friendly, professional, and my rings absolutely sparkle!! I couldn’t be happier with the final result of my wedding rings being resized and fixed. I also ended up buying a moonstone ring from them, which I am OBSESSED with! Trust me when I say, you will NOT be disappointed if you choose this jeweler for any and all of your jewelry needs!! I will continue to be a returning customer! Thank you all! :)

I first want to let anyone reading this know that my experience is based upon being the friend, driver, and support fir someone who is blind. He wanted to shop for rings within a specific budget for his girlfriend. In most occasions when I travel with him, his questions get answered towards me, and I receive almost all eye contact. This leaves him feeling neglected and left out of the majority of social interactions, including several medical appointments. However, Alexis at Smith Jewelers of Leesville Louisiana gave my friend her undivided attention and only interacted with me when my input was requested. All of the sales staff were extremely friendly, and took the time to consider what the individual who would be wearing the jewelry does throughout their day before selecting options to consider. They all wanted to ensure that the customer was going to be satisfied with the price of their purchase, as well as the durability of the piece in the most likely of circumstances.
