5 /5 Lauren Galloway: AMAZINGLY HELPFUL AND KNOWLEDGEABLE STAFF!!!!! I first want to let anyone reading this know that my experience is based upon being the friend, driver, and support fir someone who is blind. He wanted to shop for rings within a specific budget for his girlfriend. In most occasions when I travel with him, his questions get answered towards me, and I receive almost all eye contact. This leaves him feeling neglected and left out of the majority of social interactions, including several medical appointments. However, Alexis at Smith Jewelers of Leesville Louisiana gave my friend her undivided attention and only interacted with me when my input was requested. All of the sales staff were extremely friendly, and took the time to consider what the individual who would be wearing the jewelry does throughout their day before selecting options to consider. They all wanted to ensure that the customer was going to be satisfied with the price of their purchase, as well as the durability of the piece in the most likely of circumstances. I cannot recommend Smith Jewelers of Leesville enough to anyone in the central Louisiana area when considering your next jewelry purchase. You wont be disappointed.

1 /5 J S: Horrible place to go to sell jewelry. I understand they want to make a profit but when I have $1700 worth of gold and the lady tells me she can only offer me $800 and nothing more, is ridiculous. Bunch of scammers. Would not recommend going there at all.

5 /5 Meg DiCarlo-Craig: I HATE leaving my wedding band with anyone, Ms Connie and staff were excellent in their care and relieving my fears while fixing "my baby". I had to bring it back for another adjustment and they didnt charge me. They are very professional and genuine when dealing with their customers!! Highly recommend, they are my only jewelers.
