I bought the diamond ring that I proposed with to my now wife on Valentines day last year. This review is about a year overdue, but let me tell you. I initially started my diamond ring hunt at the end of 2020. Since it was during the peak of pandemic and with all the travel restrictions going in-person to stores were not an option. So, I searched tons of jewelers on the internet and I finally learnt about SFJ through a friends recommendation. I was surprised to know the amount of diamond ring designs and collections they have, in comparison to other big jewelry brands. Their customer reps are very knowledgeable. They are one of the best jewelers that I have come across. He answered every questions that I had over a video conference call. They can pretty much explain the whole end-to-end process right from sourcing the diamond to getting the right insurance after the purchase. They listened to my requirements patiently and recommended the best design and quality of the diamond stone that suited my needed. They also provided me with tons of high resolution images of the sample designs that helped me choose the ring and the diamond. The best part at SFJ is is the custom engraving. They were able to do the engraving on the tiny ring in a language that I needed (Kannada) which no other jeweler was capable of doing in the time frame I had. They worked very respectfully to only show options of the ring and the diamond stone within the budget I gave initially. I am convinced that they could have showed me the ring 10 times the price outside my budget, and I would still choose mine because it is that perfect. The overall process was done in two weeks after confirming the order. Once the order was placed, I was constantly updated about the making process how far they are from shipping. The delivery was an overnight shipment from Chicago to California with a special message. And on the day I proposed, he even checked with me to make sure my now wife liked it. Thanks to SFJ for making our life changing event so special. I would definitely recommend Sonit Fine Jewelry. Updated: My wife surprised me with a ruby stone ring from SFJ for me this year 2022 Valentines day! Extra five more stars!!

After visiting numerous other shops on Jewelers Row, we were feeling a bit overwhelmed, as most places just seemed focused on making a quick sale. But were lucky enough to find Sonit through word of mouth and couldnt be happier with the experience From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with warmth and professionalism. Sonia and Ankith really took the time to listen to our needs, answer all our questions, and guide us through the entire process without any pressure. It truly felt like they cared about helping us find the perfect ring, rather than just making a sale. We left feeling confident and excited about our choice, and the ring itself is absolutely stunning! Prices are competitive to other jewelers in Chicago, but the service here goes above and beyond what most shops will offer. I had zero and they helped me understand everything and answer all my questions throughout the entire process and even after I purchased an engagement ring. They also gave advice about insurance which was very helpful. I went with a custom design and it came out perfect It was appraised at a much higher value than what I paid for it too! There was virtual and in person communication along the way which made the whole process very easy and convenient. Working with Sonit Fine Jewlery has been a great experience and I would highly recommend them to anyone in the market. I will be recommending to my friends when they are ready to get married and I recommend them to you! Edit: Also got our engagement rings here and service was just was a good! Even a free resizing on a custom band!
