Not only did Stefanies office reach out to me proactively, but Elizabeth worked to get all the policies updated simultaneously, and by the time we were done, I was saving money! Elizabeths customer focus and attentiveness are above and beyond -- it reminded me of the way most companies used to operate. Joy Wellman We have been dealing with a previous State Farm office on a claim dated 5-24-24 and have made numerous calls, visits, etc to try and get it finalized. Our contractor was also involved as well as he needed to be paid. Our account was switched to a different State Farm office and thanks to Jordan and his office staff the claim was finally resolved and a successful payment was received almost one year later.
