Sara Brooks I was having issues after starting a policy with another insurance company. There was wrong doing somewhere so I decided to reach out to freeway to switch. I got the most pleasant experience from my agent Edie! She brought comfort as well as helped me work it around an already crammed budget timeline. Beyond thankful at a time where compassion was needed. I used freeway years ago and I’m glad I went with my gut. Best decision ever! Carolene Leslie I asked John to assist me in moving my insurance to Lincoln. When I went in a friend accompanied me. This friend asked John several questions. John talked to him and he became interested in getting a quote. After all was said and done, John was able to lower his insurance rates by $400 a year for the EXACT same coverage. Needless to say the friend changed insurance companies.

His team also stayed a few minutes late to serve as witnesses for some non-insurance forms we needed to sign. Great overall experience
