They are always available, willing, and knowledgeable on any topic I need to ask about. Their customer service team is local and answers the phone when you call. When we have had to file a claim, it has always been seamless, even when working with the regional claims adjusters.

I didnt know he was also my fathers insurance agent for several years until he was so kind as to show up at my fathers visitation, he shared some wonderful memories of my father during his time as his agent. I will never forget his kindness and caring demeanor. He has helped me with some recent hail damage that was done to my car and home. Everything went without a problem. While there may always be another carrier that offers lower prices it’s not worth giving up the peace of mind knowing that State Farm will always be there for me when I need them. Having a local agent to advocate for me is well worth any price difference. They take care of their customers….always!! Don’t let price dictate your choice for insurance. Nothing can replace top notch service.
