Jessica Torres I’ve never had a problem with this company, I’ve been with them for about 10 years now. Danny and Leticia are the ones the typically assist me. Great personality and professional and honestly to the point, I don’t care for side conversations just call, make a payment and get the receipt and done.They work with you in the down payments and monthly payments. Good customer service and friendly and prompt with the receipts and sending the policies. Sure the prices go up every year but not a whole lot. Roadside assistance is the best thru them, I’ve never had a problem with them, they are fast and reliable.

Edward Green Andrew Calloway is absolutely AMAZING! I’ve worked with him in the past and I was really impressed! I posted on Facebook that I was considering Root insurance and I had just completed my 3 week test drive and they quoted me $199 for full coverage on 3 vehicles. Andrew saw my post and commented he could beat there price. To be honest I didn’t believe him but Andrew not only offered me full coverage on 3 vehicles he added renters insurance also and I ONLY PAY $185 per month!!!! Joel Lehman My prior State Farm agent retired and when he did, I was automatically transferred to a new office. To my surprise, one of his team, Tracey Muller, whom I worked with extensively, was transferred elsewhere. She was the sole reason I stayed with the prior agent to begin with. When I found out she was at the Cravatta Agency, I asked State Farm to switch me over immediately. They did and once again I was working with my favorite insurance office manager of all time. Tracey knows her way around their complex systems and coverage. Shes also one of the most pleasant people Ive ever worked with. I call her for all my personal insurance related needs. Ive also had a couple interactions with Mr. Cravatta and theyve been excellent as well.
