Andrew Nelson I want to give a shout out to Chris Irwin. I am always left astounded at the level of dedication, hard work, follow through and just simply being available...literally EVERYTIME I need something. Whether it has involved needing a copy of my current insurance card in a critical moment, providing direction for how to connect with Roadside Assistance, to dealing with storm damage, he is always there! When I have needed to contact him, he always answers his cell phone or calls me right back. He has been amazing with taking care of my every insurance need. I thank him for taking great care of my family and I! I have been so happy that Chris really just "gets it". Edward Green Andrew Calloway is absolutely AMAZING! I’ve worked with him in the past and I was really impressed! I posted on Facebook that I was considering Root insurance and I had just completed my 3 week test drive and they quoted me $199 for full coverage on 3 vehicles. Andrew saw my post and commented he could beat there price. To be honest I didn’t believe him but Andrew not only offered me full coverage on 3 vehicles he added renters insurance also and I ONLY PAY $185 per month!!!! Andrew is Heaven sent and I would recommend him to everyone I know for their insurance needs! Andrew you the man and I greatly appreciate you! Keep up the great work!

Dan Fitzgerald I stopped in to inquire about auto and homeowners insurance. I found Jacqueline to be warm and friendly, and very professional. She spent about two hours with me and helped me understand the various coverages and options. She even reviewed my current insurance coverage and she pointed out my house was under-insured. I would highly recommend the Short Insurance Agency. It was pleasure working with her. I also really liked working with her in person as she asked all the right questions to find the best rates for me.
