Just go w a new company orrrr- a different rep Also don’t ever ever ever ever move away from the original location you started your insurance with if you want to stay with a company you’ve had for years because if you need any help or anything your local rep just can’t help you. She’ll transfer you to “home office” who will then act like they also can’t help you. Honestly….just don’t even go with this company! Not only was Justine horrible and horrible at explaining things - the original rep I opened with is never open to help! They seem to just do whatever they want—- only when they want to though.
