A person answers the phone, no automated voice. They go over my policies before renewal to see if there are any changes that could save me some money. If I call with questions they are answered quickly. Good customer service is something that is getting harder to find. I appreciate their attention to detail and honesty. Erie insurance doesnt advertise, if you are looking for excellent insurance give Yaekel a call. They had quotes for me in less than 24 hours. I have been with them for years. Excellent local insurance office!
