Sena and Dori have always been helpful, timely, creative and accurate in addressing my needs and concerns. Additionally, they are very personable.They do a great job!

1 /5 Nancy Tapia: If I could give less than a start I will do it. Sena Caruso is one of the worst agent so called owner. Very Unprofessional on her work and rude with customers. If she doesn`t like her job might as well work somewhere else!!! If she owns an insurance agency she should know it come with responsibilities but apparently she can`t handle it.

1 /5 G: This review does not reflect Sena. the reason I am leaving it is because I had to switch my insurance because they decided to start charging me double for no reason. no accidents, no claims, (besides a few tows within a 10 year span) when I called to ask why it went up they couldnt give me a reason! I switched to Geico and now Im paying less than I did with Amfam. Will never use Amfam again.
