State Farm Insurance - Cairo (IL)

Kyle Mike Moews is the WORST argent I have ever had, absolutely awful. switched my insurance to Mike at Acclaim I had my RV home and three cars insured along with a rental property. Came back with a couple options. went over them, very quick and seemed confused him self has he is explaining it to me. Two months go by and my neighbor hands me a cancelation notice He had insured the wrong address I went back to look at my info I gave him, said my correct address. I called mike upset he said its no big deal sometime the insurance company make mistakes. start going over my policy and find more and more problems. told him I wanted coverages the same as what I had before with my prior insurance company he even asked for my policy so I mad him a copy he had all the numbers. coverages where half what I had before oh and no insurance on my RV at all !!! Called again up set told me he had no idea about the RV printed out the email I sent him with the list of items needing coverage on he said he never got it. Then gives me an excuse that he got a new girl and might have not got that email. Mike has an excuse for everything and takes no responsibility for anything he dose. really really bad.

Greg Love I do think that you have to have a good insurance company but I also think that your agent can make a huge difference. My agent Eric Clendenin has been there for our family for over 20yrs. Farmers has always responded quickly and always has given our claims the attention of a company who cares about their customers.

He has proven to be very responsive, helpful, kind, and thoughtful on the best days, and the first person you want to talk to on the worst ones. From small questions to helping with an accident hundreds of miles from home, Brandon has been there for us. Not many people are as passionate as Brandon is about their jobs anymore, and he most certainly sets himself apart in this department. He is the exception to the rule, and we are grateful beyond measure to have the wonderful working relationship we have developed with him.
