We now have more coverage and are paying less, we are so blessed to have these two!! I feel like one of the family when I go there and leave feeling so good!! I am beyond impressed with how Matt helped my son and showed great patience with him and took his time with him!! It was his first time getting insurance on his own and he took in everything that Matt had to say! He treated him with respect and dignity which is something I am so grateful for, thank you both for loving what you do, caring when you don’t have to, and going the extra mile for each and everyone you come into contact with!! In todays market its difficult to find the right insurance for your individual needs. Louisa took the time and did research, so we were able to have options. Most important we could keep our current providers. The option also included being able to access other specialty providers for health concerns if needed. Louisa worked above and beyond to finish our application when we fell behind in the paperwork process due to moving. We respect Louisas work ethic and wish to acknowledge that sometimes she would answer emails and phone calls after hours. We never felt like she had other clients!
