Kathryn Golec Bruce has been amazing! When I suddenly found my life turned upside down, I was given his phone number and he answered immediately and spent more than an hour helping me get my insurance all set up. He was extremely professional and nonjudgmental. He has also been very responsive when I’ve had any additional questions. I’m so glad my sister connected me with him.

Kyle Brewer Honestly a terrible experience. My agent, Devon, was great. He’s the only reason this is a 2 star instead of a 1. However, the nurse rescheduled my health insurance visit multiple times and when she did show up, she didn’t do everything she was supposed to, leading to more rescheduled appointments. Then, Shelter Insurance sent me a letter telling me my health insurance was being denied for not having all the components (that the nurse never did). When my agent left the company, there was no notification or reaching out telling me who to contact. The only thing Shelter Insurance has ever done is leave me with no desire to deal with them again.

Rebekah Benson Two years ago I had an accident. Within 24 hours an adjuster was at my home to view the vehicle. Within 36 hours they had the car in the shop. I was able to get a rental car immediately. They were quick to get this done and stayed on top of the situation until I signed off on my car. They recently made sure that my coverage for both house and vehicle were exactly what I needed. This was done without a major increase to my payments. The staff that I have worked with have always been courteous and respectful. I have never been pushed into anything I did not think I needed and they have always been there to answer any questions. Joy Wellman We have been dealing with a previous State Farm office on a claim dated 5-24-24 and have made numerous calls, visits, etc to try and get it finalized. Our contractor was also involved as well as he needed to be paid. Our account was switched to a different State Farm office and thanks to Jordan and his office staff the claim was finally resolved and a successful payment was received almost one year later. Thank you Jordan for the time spent and your incredible staff especially Sadie.

Ive called early morning few minutes before they open and they answered Ive called them on the weekend 10 till closing and get this not only did they answer but they took care of my issue and even called back 15 minutes after closing time with the resolution.
