Andrew Lotko I called my insurance agent because I got a rock chip in my windshield, and I was worried the chipped windshield could crack totally. Deanna said I should take my Jeep into Safelite Auto for glass repair. I said that would be great. She also said she could help with making the appointment itself, And I said wow, that would be awesome. Unbelievably, I was able to take My jeep into Safelite auto glass that same afternoon. When I got to Safelite, the mechanic there was extremely helpful, He explained the condition of my chip, and advised he could have it fixed in 15 minutes. So I waited in their lobby, got a complementary cup of coffee,, And before I was done with my coffee, my Jeep was ready. I looked at the chip, and it disappeared, they did a great job. so from calling my agent to having my problem fixed it didn’t take more than a half a day, and the job was done perfectly. A person could not be happier with this great service. Thank you, American Family and thank you Safelite
