He was available via phone, email and text at almost any hour. I would recommend State Farm and this office to anyone.

Queen of The Lou They are very slow following up and they only answer what you ask. I think professionals should lead their clients especially in the area of their expertise. In addition, they should set clear follow up deadlines and expectations without their clients having to ask them to do so? It is never okay to ignore or purposefully not reply / respond to questions your customer has raised. Your silence sends a message.
