In todays market its difficult to find the right insurance for your individual needs. Louisa took the time and did research, so we were able to have options. Most important we could keep our current providers. The option also included being able to access other specialty providers for health concerns if needed. Louisa worked above and beyond to finish our application when we fell behind in the paperwork process due to moving. We respect Louisas work ethic and wish to acknowledge that sometimes she would answer emails and phone calls after hours. We never felt like she had other clients! Luke Caron I called them up looking for a lower rate on car, boat and renters insurance. They were not able to quote me a lower price but I was impressed with Ericka, she got me a quote, played with the numbers and helped me look at different polices to see if I can work with them. Unfortunately that was not the case but I wish they did because she was so friendly and informative! It was one of the best experiences I have had with an insurance agent on the phone!
