Greene James (Jmfg) Took the wifes new ring in to have it sized and Rothery does great work. You cannot tell the ring was downsized at all. I have only used Rothery for jewelry work since I was 18 and have always been very impressed. I am 35 now so as you can imagine I have been there quite a few times.

Ive been looking for the right diffuser bracelet/ earrings/ necklace for awhile and I found it here! I was somewhat concerned about how the metals may react with my skin and not being local. The store clerk (also jewelry maker, as its a family business) reassured me a money back guarantee. She was friendly, very knowledgeable and super helpful. Im one that likes to shop around BEFORE I buy, but I had no problem splurging on myself at this beautiful quaint little store. Ill be back many times Im sure.

Chloe Rachel is truly one of the kindest, most genuine employees I’ve ever had the pleasure of working with at Kay’s. From the very first time I came in to have my ring sized, she has consistently gone above and beyond to provide exceptional service. While all the staff at this location are wonderful, I’ve had the good fortune of working with Rachel the most—and each time, she has been incredibly patient, knowledgeable, and kind. She always makes you feel like you have her full attention, never rushing and always willing to help with any question or concern. Her compassion and character were especially evident when I lost my engagement ring the day before my wedding. Not only did she help me search for it, but I later found out she had even told a coworker she wanted to personally buy me a new ring on her own credit card. That level of empathy is rare and speaks volumes about who she is. Thankfully, my ring was returned a few days later, and I rushed back to Kay’s to share the good news with her. She celebrated the moment with me, cleaned my rings and my mom’s ring without hesitation, and patiently answered all of my mom’s questions as she browsed the store. Rachel is the kind of employee who makes every visit to Kay’s a joy. I always hope she’s working whenever I walk through the door. She is truly one of a kind, and I can’t thank her enough for the kindness and care she’s shown me time and time again.

Kathy I am so glad I decide to check out Jewelry Service Center. They do beautiful work. I have been trying to find a place to repair a chain that had great sentimental value. It was repaired beautifully. I then had them Rhodium plate our 50 year old wedding bands and my engagement ring. They look like the day we bought them. Then on top of all that I accidentally dropped a 14k gold chain in the store. The lady who took care of me called to tell me she found it! That tells me how honest and kind she is. The atmosphere is comfortable and friendly. I wish I would have asked her name. I highly recommend JEWELRY SERVICE CENTER! They are family owned. Which for me implies pride in their work.
