Carol Wright I had a problem using the ATM yesterday, not something I normally have trouble with. I went inside and was helped by two wonderful ladies Sydney and Jules. They were upbeat and helpful. Jules even went to the ATM with me and explained what I didnt understand. Come to find out Jules has only been employed there for 9 days! I couldnt believe she knew all she knew in that short a time. I have always referred friends to Consumers because of their outstanding service and these two ladies just reinforced that that is still true in a day when it is hard to fine good service anywhere. JEFFERY STOKES I have had nothing but problems since I went to this bank and took out a personal loan. The person who assisted me name is Bayley. My understanding was I pay 6 months interest, then I pay the principal. First they tell me I will be notified when my due date is, and will be notified what my payments are. They wait 1 and half month and bill me a late fee. I was told after 6 months I will be notified what my payments are for the principal. 6 months later, I get a letter saying my interest was incorrect and going from 3.99 to 10 percent. And I dont pay the principal but the 10 percent interest. Dillion calls and say well its in your contract and Bailey is very good and thorough. They say sorry but you can refinance. I swear to God I wish I said no to these people

Scott It would be nice if the hours on your website were updated to the hours you are actually open now. Still says your open till 5 at your drive up facility.
