2 /5 Charles Shepard: Their rewards checking program is very nice, and in the end they pay me ~$50 a month to bank there. However, their customer service has been steadily degrading over the last few years. I had an issue, contacted them over the phone, was advised how to fix it, went to a branch, and got a different response. Then I called again, go the same first response. Then I got a call from the branch, confirming the first response. Then the next day, got a call back saying they could not fix it anyway.
Great auto loan rates, nearly the best rewards checking and smart saver rates, but if/when they discontinue those programs, I would be taking my business elsewhere.
