1 /5 Luthien S: After the merge I cant log in even using their custom password instructions from email. I gave up after waiting on hold for two hours. Either they only have 3 employees, or 10,000 people are calling every minute. They need to hire more employees, clearly. I also called this branch several times and no answer.
But you have to admit, listening to that repeated robot speech for two hours is really nice, (sarcasm). "the FAQ can answer most of your questions on our website". I wouldnt be on hold if the FAQ answered my issue.
And by the way Old National: theres this thing known as "call-back" service, instead of making people wait on hold for an hour and a half.
