5 /5 Marnie Stear: I have been with Cooperative Choice/Members Choice since 2001. I don’t think I have ever had a bad experience. Julie, Joe, JJ, Wendell, and well there are more that have gone way above and beyond to help me throughout the years. They have done way more for me than any other place I have banked at. I just wish I could name everyone here. They know who they are. Some people tried to get me to switch to a bank or different credit union. I just could NEVER go anywhere else. Thank you for all you guys do!!

5 /5 BeNITA KINGCADE: It was a Saturday, so of course, almost closing time, and I needed a new card. The window clerk was extra nice. I mean, the facial expression was a smile just all around great customer service. The new cards are blue now. Green is my favorite color, but I like the color blue as long as it gets the job done. I didnt get her name but she is really nice.

1 /5 Lakeebra Richardson: I was in the office in Springfield Il and the lady at the desk was acting really slow and unaware and she had the worst attitude..I called the one in Peoria Il and they were just as useless 0 out of 10 don’t recommend. Just take your business elsewhere if you don’t want to deal with the attitudes or the constant changes
