1 /5 William St. Germain: Customer service after the loan is made is absolute garbage. After paying a week early their auto-payment still came out. They wont refund it unless it shows posted on the account. Anywhere else doesnt do this. Told me they were only refunding due to Courtesy, but not until it shows posted since they dont to pay back two amounts... doesnt make any sense whatsoever. Id avoid them entirely.

1 /5 Nicole Robinson: The manager there is HORRIBLE! She was not understanding and unwilling to help. I called to see what I can do for a hardship and she immediately had an attitude with me. And then asked me what my hardship with a condescending attitude as if my I was lying. And her tone seemed my reason wasn’t good enough for her. Ashley on the other hand was a better person to talk to. Overall, I wouldn’t recommend this company to anyone. Try to find another option before getting money from them. I will NEVER use this company again. Their rates are ridiculous and their ability to work with someone during a hardship is horrible.

April Sutton I have had nothing but trouble with the bank. Its been a trouble to get a limit upped to get groceries and pay bills the same day. They havent helped me but One time. I think I will be looking for a new bank who helps their customers instead of treating me like I owe them. What a shame I used to use them a couple of years ago and now Im embarrassed to tell people I bank with them.

Craig Heun I bought a car with a local dealership and they used this company. They were fast, friendly, and got me in and out with no problems. VERY NICE PEOPLE. Would highly recommend. They also have a really cool desk.
