Jessica symons Leah has been my insurance rep for 7 years now. When I say she is amazing, thats an understatement. No matter what my needs are, she is right there to help me. I just recently went through a car shopping/buying experience. She never got annoyed with the many quotes I asked her for on different vehicles. Or when I had her add a new vehicle & a week later she had to adjust my policy yet again because I sold my old one. A simple email and done! I felt so bad having her jump through all these hoops but she never seemed to mind once. Thank you Leah for making my experience a little less stressful.

Courtney Guthrie General Assistance, What a wonderful place with such wonderful women who work here! Lori!!! Shes great. Shes in the process of helping me now. I got a unlimited monthly bus pass. They write the check for it and you hand it over to your bus driver the day you call for a ride and they issue you the bus pass you need for the month. Ive filled my application out to get more help from them. Im returning it tomorrow. Ill be back to fill in everyone on the benefits from receiving help from General Assistance as soon as I learn more. Blessings to all!!
