Linda Larson We have waited over 5 months for our deposit refund! Every time we talk to them, they tell us we’re still on the list. Now they have charged us $140.00 to supposedly clean the carpets in 2 small rooms. They were dirty when my Grandson moved in so I doubt very much if they actually had them cleaned. My Grandson’s girlfriend left that place cleaner than when they moved in. It was such an awful apartment, they didn’t bother trying to decorate it, so there are no nail holes in the walls or damage of any kind. This is what they do, give you the run around until you get tired and give up. Don’t believe me? Read their reviews before you rent from them!

Stephanie Skromme I have dealt with 5 banks in the past month since my dad’s passing. Heartland bank has been the worst and hardest to deal with. Every time I go in there they have to “review” documents even though I have legal signed under oath paperwork from our attorney that is needed. I understand them wanting to protect themselves but there were excessive with their requests (even our attorney agrees this was not necessary of them). I will never bank with them or recommend anyone too. Much easier and friendly banks out there.

Dan Pearce Ive had home and auto insurance through Todd Edmondson for years, and has always taken care of us. Recently, one of our cars got hit by a flying rock shattering the windshield. Country Financial made it super easy to file a claim, and got us a new windshield promptly. Had to leave a positive review!
