2 /5 Bryce Lickfield: Had hiccups last year, but decided to give them another chance this year. Our price points didnt match up as I found the price on the high side which is no big deal. But the way they decided to handle that was absurd. There are a dozen tax prep people on either side of the road. Ill pursue those going forward.
