5 /5 Amanda Olsen: Requested service around 8:30am for my company on a Friday and they were here by 9am the same day to fix the issue. Talk about service! They always do a fantastic job couldnt ask for a better company to help us with our printer needs. Tom was the tech that came out and he went above and beyond. Went through the report with me, let me know of upcoming things that will need to be replaced. He had also noticed a separate issue with the bypass tray door and ordered the parts needed to fix it. Theyll be here next week. Fast and dependable service, couldnt ask for anything more from them!

Nicholas was very helpful when picking out a new machine and making sure we got exactly what we wanted. They didnt try to push us into buying more than we needed, which was very nice! The Ricoh machine we went with has been reliable and very easy to use. Phil and Collin helped install and set everything up. They all did a great job making sure that we knew how everything worked and that the machine was working properly before they left.

We had some trouble with our new machine right after we got it and the technicians stayed until I had all of my copying done for Easter bulletins! Then they were back on Monday to fix the machine and it has worked fine ever since. Super nice and helpful!
