Dr. Mohammad Shamsuddoha I used to pay HOA here. They are not open everyday and I returned several times as I didn’t see google. They have window drop off system. Not sure how many things they are doing. Obviously they are working as accountant for so many. Are they doing taxes, not sure!

R J At the Mt Vernon Illinois branch today, April gave fantastic customer service. She was courteous, professional and helped out even when she didn’t have to. Thank you April for making my wait shorter. They are lucky to have such a great employee!

T “Tee” Just started with the company so far they are keeping me Moving. Simple and easy Long as you can follow simple instructions and deliver on time and pick up on time and keep a positive Attitude and mindset all well. The company is family owned and everyone that I have met has been pleasant and very supportive including the owner Joe. So another thing that I have noticed is that the people have longevity with the company they’ve been with the company for years 20 years 15 years and 5 years That speaks volumes about the company itself if people were not happy they would not stay that long so so far I feel like I came home to a good thing and they have flexible work schedules as well.

Holly Norton Be VERY Careful when using Mike. He has something to hide. I asked for copies of Edward Jones statements for an account that I am beneficiary of and he refuses to send them, saying I have to contact the Trustee. I asked him to get permission from Trustee to send them to me and he refuses. My concern with Mike is what is he hiding? Last I knew the account had 60K in it. His secretary tells me theres 12K left in the account. Why wont Mike send me the Statements so I can see what was withdrawn from Edward Jones and where it went? Why does he care if I see the statements or not, I have a right to the money my mom left me
