Rebekah Benson Two years ago I had an accident. Within 24 hours an adjuster was at my home to view the vehicle. Within 36 hours they had the car in the shop. I was able to get a rental car immediately. They were quick to get this done and stayed on top of the situation until I signed off on my car. They recently made sure that my coverage for both house and vehicle were exactly what I needed. This was done without a major increase to my payments. The staff that I have worked with have always been courteous and respectful. I have never been pushed into anything I did not think I needed and they have always been there to answer any questions. Christina Snider I just want to give Rose at the mendota Branch a shout out. She is incredible weve been banking there for a decade, our kids bank there, and whenever we have an issue or anything, Rose is right there to fix it. She is such a great help, especially during stressful times like recently. Our son moved back home and realized someone stole his wallet during the move. Rose has gone above and beyond getting our son a new debit card set up, bank statements printed for ID purposes ect... Moral of this long story is, Rose is Great. And we appreciate her so much!
