Kelly Crider I just have to say how grateful I am for the team at Country Financial, especially Whitney Rexing who answered every question I had without hesitation. Upon filing my first claim, Whitney was so resourceful in assembling the best team to meet the needs of our family. We had multiple trees hit our home in the past 24 hours due to storms, which made it a very stressful situation. I felt at ease knowing that they were viewing my house not just as a house, but a home that I am raising my babies in. Lindsey Johnson Went in and within 10 minutes a caseworker called me to the back. Shes assisted me with filling the application out correctly as i just moved from florida. I am also 25 weeks pregnant and needed Medicaid asap to go see my high risk doctor…..i walked out that same day with a medical card and just had to await for florida to close my case for me to be eligible for food stamps. She was very helpful, nice, and got me what i needed that day. From where i live its 40 minutes to Princeville or 40 minutes to Peoria….Princeville was a thousand times quicker, nicer, and actually successful compared to Peoria.
