Jane Baker I have at least a regular annual meeting with Alec. He is always available by phone or email for any questions/concerns. He has helped me update my property insurance coverage and take out a comprehensive policy. Most recently I had been thinking about getting life insurance. Alec pointed out how, at my age of 72, this was not a good option.

Susan Heaton Since I was not able to discuss my claims with my agent Tyler Hansen. I was referred to Dan Kniss which was not available has not call me back. Referred me to Country Financial Bloomington HQ. I am writing to express my ongoing frustration with the lack of communication regarding my two weather-related claims with agent Tyler Hansen. Over the past 4-5 months, I have made many calls without receiving any callbacks. When I requested a scheduled call via email, Tyler asked me to send my questions by email instead. He did not answer my questions. This lack of responsiveness and guidance has been disappointing and indicates a significant gap in customer service, claim services. A failure to respond, guide, communicate, respond. No effort to keep me in the loop.

Larry Pfau Very impressed with the use of Family Medical Center technology which produced instant notes in the patient portal as well as a prescription order to my pharmacy! Also, printed instructions were handed to me before I left and my next appointment was scheduled as well. All that with great personal care from Dr. Forbes and staff.
